03: Facility Tour (Optional but Recommended)

If you hold a valid Health Canada production license, you’re invited to visit our secure micro-licensed facility in person. See the mother plants, experience terpene profiles firsthand, and verify cleanliness and quality.What to expect: Guided tour, samples for smelling and evaluation, and deeper discussion of suitable cultivars. All visits strictly confidential.Timeline: Arranged within 1–2 weeks of consultation (subject to scheduling).

04: Selection

We present a tailored shortlist of available cultivars, with recent lab data (potency, terpenes, cleanliness) and growers’ notes. You select the genetic(s) that best fit your program.What to expect: Full transparency on traits, performance history, and exclusivity terms.
Timeline: Completed within 1–2 weeks after tour/consultation.

05: Agreement

We draft a clear licensing agreement outlining terms: territorial exclusivity (regional or global), royalty rate (5% – 10% of gross revenue), $10,000 CAD deposit (fully creditable against first royalties).
What to expect: Review and sign electronically. Legal counsel is always recommended.
Timeline: 3–7 business days for review and execution.

06: Testing & Transfer

Final independent lab testing on selected mother stock (pathogens, potency, terpenes) is completed shortly before transfer. Once cleared, we securely ship verified germplasm (clean cuttings or rooted clones) to your facility. What to expect: Updated COA, chain-of-custody documentation, and support for integration into your grow.
Timeline: 2–4 weeks from agreement signing, depending on testing and logistics.
